This little guy is the star of my morning! I got hooked on Green Monsters from the very first time I made them. Not only do they taste delicious, but they are made with healthy ingredients. I am so full of energy I have even forgot to drink my habitual cup of coffee in the morning. And those of you who know me, know that I don’t skip the caffeine.
What’s in my Green Monster?
1/2 scoop of protein powder (I use Syntha 6 Cookies & Cream)
1 heaping handfull of raw spinach
1 cup of Almond Milk (original flavor)
2-3 Ice cubes
Blend away. Your body will thank you later, I promise!
