The Green Monster Movement

This little guy is the star of my morning! I got hooked on Green Monsters from the very first time I made them. Not only do they taste delicious, but they are made with healthy ingredients. I am so full of energy I have even forgot to drink my habitual cup of coffee in the morning. And those of you who know me, know that I don’t skip the caffeine.

What’s in my Green Monster?

1/2 scoop of protein powder (I use Syntha 6 Cookies & Cream)
1 heaping handfull of raw spinach
1/2 Banana
1 cup of Almond Milk (original flavor)
2-3 Ice cubes

Blend away. Your body will thank you later, I promise!

  1. I had my first Green Monster this morning! Wow! It was delicous. I know you said it would not taste like spinach, and you are right. It tastes like almond and bananna and it was really was good, and I'm not hungry at all. Glad to not have to use the juicer, as it is so hard to clean afterwards. This is much easier. Thanks for the great recipe!
